- Spend money on a gym close to you, or build your own gym
- Invest in an active hobby like cycling, running
- Start slow with a program like 5×5, cycling, running
- Have a goal. Or don’t! An intention works too.
- Don’t injure yourself
- Eat right, sleep right, & meditate mindfulness
- Sleep better – less prone to injury, cures depression… It’s seriously a miracle drug
- Meditate, pray, or just have quiet time
- Fasting once a week, when you travel, in the morning. You can survive without food.
- If you don’t buy it you won’t eat it. I’m happy paying $30 for a cocktail because I won’t order many of them.

- Get healthy, get wealthy
- Don’t do stuff you hate: running
- You’re lapping everyone sitting on the couch. When you go to the gym or track, people are lapping you. Remember you’re lapping everyone at home
- People get to age 50 and their millionaires but they have no strength, no health, and it’s hard to get started. Better to be wealthy and healthy than just one of those.
